What Can I Expect From the Reiss Motivation Profile Test?

You will take a relatively simple 128-question “test.” Questions will ask to rate your agreement to a statement based on a seven-point scale. It should only take you 15 or 20 minutes to complete. Your answers will be compiled anonymously by a computer program.

Your results will be sent to me. I’ll compile a customized profile of your highest and lowest motivators. The written report will suggest opportunities and possible conflicts you may have or may still have.
Then we will schedule a 30-minute phone or Skype conversation where we will discuss the application of these findings to your corporate, marketing, or even relationship success. My goal is to give you the tools you need to reach your own goals and achievements.

If you are a leader or a business owner, we can also compare your “team profile.” While you may choose to have me speak with your team members individually, you and I can discuss likely conflicts and opportunities with your team.
